About Charlee-Jo Hanks
I am a British female who began working with Ideal Homes when I was 21 years old and had just moved to the Algarve from the UK. I am now 26 years old, and have lived in both the Algarve and in Lisbon since joining Ideal Homes, so have a good view of living in different locations in Portugal. I did well in school, and then spent 3 years studying Musical Theatre and Sound Engineering at colleges in the UK.
After working with Ideal Homes I started my own real estate website listing properties, hotels, developments and businesses either for sale, or requiring investors in countries such as Portugal, Spain, the Maldives, USA, Singapore, Italy, Greece and more.
I realised that I had a passion for not only selling properties in Portugal, but internationally! I enjoy having a buyer asking for a specific request and fulfilling the request for them by utilizing the global contacts that I have.
From almost getting a hotel in Lisbon for 85 Million sold, to almost funding a project for 50 Million, I will not stop until my buyer or seller is satisfied.
