Viewing Trips to Spain

These two popular areas of Spain offer a wide range of choice, styles and prices, and one of the most important steps is to visit Spain and experience it for yourself, touring the most popular destinations and viewing available properties.
And that’s where Ideal Homes comes in. Each month, we offer a limited number of spaces on our complimentary Property Tours, where you can take the next step and be guided by our expert team.
How does it work?
Before you arrive, we’ll discuss your property requirements in detail, so we fully understand the type of property you want, the areas you’re interested in, and your budget requirements.
That way, we make sure once you’re here, you will see only the homes and locations you’re really interested in. We’ll arrange a bespoke viewing schedule of your chosen properties, and you will be expertly guided by our team throughout your stay.
As well as viewing properties, if you’d like to meet other property professionals including a lawyer, mortgage broker and finance advisor, all of this can be arranged according to your preference.
What will I do once I arrive in Spain?
Each trip is different depending on the agreed itinerary, plus your arrival and departure times, but a typical schedule, covering a 4-day, 3-night tour might look something like this:
Day 1 (e.g. Tuesday): Arrive in Spain. Ideal Homes will meet you at the airport, take you to your hotel and we’ll discuss the plans for the next few days. There may be time to view properties and areas, depending on your arrival time.
Day 2 (Wednesday): Meet after breakfast and start tour. Look at properties and areas. If time permits, you can also spend time with a specialist property lawyer and mortgage consultant. Back at the hotel about 17.00 for an evening as you wish.
Day 3 (Thursday): Pick up at 10.00 viewing properties and areas. Back at the hotel about 17.00 for an evening as you wish.
Day 4 (Friday): Return home, we’ll take you to the airport in good time for your flight!
